UAM-Accenture Visiting Fellowship, 2019
In this first edition of the UAM-Accenture Visiting Fellowship program, the UAM-Accenture Chair has decided to grant this recognition to Professor Charles Edquist (University of Lund, Sweden), for his outstanding work in the field of innovation policy studies.

On this occasion, we had the honor of having Manuel Heitor, who is the current Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education of Portugal, as guest speaker.
Manuel Heitor is Full Professor at Instituto Superior Técnico, IST, the engineering school of the Technical University of Lisbon. He earned a PhD at Imperial College, London, and did post-doctoral training at the University of California San Diego in the area of experimental combustion and related energy aspects.
